Self-Certification:
Please complete this form for EACH student and/or staff member attending BEFORE , September 10th, 2021 5PM. Unfortunately, students and staff will NOT be allowed into the building if they are not self-certified. https://tinyurl.com/afaselfcert
*** “Self-certification does not mean you are saying your child is symptom-free for an entire month, but rather that you will monitor your child’s health closely every day and keep them home when they are not feeling well” (District 204).
Registration for the 2021-2022 School Year is NOW CLOSED!
If your child was waitlisted and accepted, you will receive an acceptance email before September 25th insh’Allah. After September 25th, we will no longer accept waitlisted students.
We are excited to announce that we will return to Fischer Middle School this year and learning will be 100% in person, with masks required for all! Our first day of school is set for Saturday, September 11th, 2021. There will be no Meet & Greet on this day, rather we will have a normal, full day of school. (Schedule changes were made due to COVID transmission levels in District 204.)
