Qirat Competition
Our Qirat Competition brings students and families together each March to recite the Quran with proper Tajweed and recitation rules. The ICN Spiritual Services Committee and Al-Falah Academy jointly host this Sunday event outside regular school hours so the whole family can attend together. Winners receive prizes, and everyone leaves inspired by the beauty of the Quran recited well. Registration is required and will be shared through the Principal’s email, so families should watch for the announcement each year.

Quranic Gems
Quranic Gems is an exciting extracurricular opportunity for students to engage in healthy competition with their peers while striving to excel in the memorization of the Quran. Students will memorize the assigned Surahs independently(or with the help of parents )and participate in testing on their designated dates.

MATW
MATW stands among Al-Falah’s most beloved events of the year. Families host interactive tables representing countries or achievements across the global Muslim ummah, complete with creative displays that celebrate heritage. Students and parents walk through a joyful celebration of diversity, pride, and belonging, especially meaningful during times when we may feel isolated or underrepresented in Western society. Everyone is welcomed and included, and everyone leaves with a deeper appreciation for the richness within our community.

Service Projects
Our service projects give students a hands-on way to put faith into action. Students gather to package food for those in need, learning early that caring for others is a core part of being Muslim. Every box packed becomes a lesson in compassion and gratitude that students carry well beyond the classroom.

Salah Workshop
Our Salah Workshop helps students strengthen and elevate their prayer. Instructors guide our youth through practical steps and meaningful reminders that deepen their connection to Allah every time they stand for salah. Students leave equipped and inspired to make their prayer the anchor of their day.

Quiz Bowl
Quiz Bowl is one of our most popular and fun events of the year. Students compete in lively rounds of Islamic trivia, testing their knowledge alongside friends and classmates. Everyone enjoys the friendly competition, and winners take home fun prizes and awards.

Arabic Extravaganza
Arabic Extravaganza turns language learning into a celebration. Students play engaging games designed to help them learn, live, and love the language of Arabic. Every student who attends takes part, making this a fun and inclusive way to build a lasting connection to the language.

Hajj Simulation
Labbaik! Here I am at Your service. Students recite this call as they step into our Hajj Simulation, a hands on journey through one of the five pillars of Islam. Students learn the steps and meanings behind each act of this holy pilgrimage, sparking a genuine desire to one day experience this life-changing journey themselves.

Ramadan Fest
Ramadan Fest welcomes the blessed month with joy and excitement. Students enjoy crafts, competitions, and activities that build anticipation for a month of worship and reflection. Every family leaves the event ready to embrace Ramadan with renewed spirit.

Healthy Driven 5K
Your health is an amanah, a trust from Allah that deserves our care. Students, families, and community members lace up together for the Healthy Driven 5K, supporting local wellness while building healthy habits as a community. Every step taken is a step toward honoring that trust and strengthening our community bonds.
