1st Day of School-Parents’ Schedule

*Students will follow a normal bell schedule.

9:00am – Optional Arabic Program-Student, all levels, report to classrooms upon arrival
– (*9:50am) Teachers will assist in Arabic students’ transition to their regular classrooms

10:00-10:15am – Students, grades 1st and above, report to classrooms upon arrival
Pre-K and KG Students AND Pre-K and KG Parents report to the SMALL gym upon arrival

10:20-11:00am – Parent Presentation in the Forum Room (for all parents)

*Students Grades 1st and up will receive their school presentation during the school day

1:15pm – Parents return for Dhuhr prayer and pick-up (Pick up in Gym for Grades 1st to Youth Program)
(Pick up in the SMALL GYM for Pre-K and KG students ONLY)

Supply List for Pre-K to 5th Grades:

  • 1 Notebook
  • 1 Folder
  • 1 Pack 24 Crayons
  • 1 Fiscar Scissor (for kids)
  • 1 Large Glue Stick
  • 5 Sharpened Pencils
  • 1 Eraser1 School Supply Box/Pouch
  • 1 Backpack
  • Hijab (Girls)

Supply List for 6th and up:

  • 3 Notebooks
  • 3 Folders
  • 1 Pack 12 Colored Pencils
  • 5 Sharpened Pencils
  • 3 Black/Blue Pens
  • 1 Eraser
  • 1 School Supply Box/Pouch
  • 1 Backpack
  • Hijab (Girls)
