September 9th: First Day of School 2017-2018
1st Day of School-Parents’ Schedule
*Students will follow a normal bell schedule.
9:00am – Optional Arabic Program-Student, all levels, report to classrooms upon arrival
– (*9:50am) Teachers will assist in Arabic students’ transition to their regular classrooms
10:00-10:15am – Students, grades 1st and above, report to classrooms upon arrival
Pre-K and KG Students AND Pre-K and KG Parents report to the SMALL gym upon arrival
10:20-11:00am – Parent Presentation in the Forum Room (for all parents)
*Students Grades 1st and up will receive their school presentation during the school day
1:15pm – Parents return for Dhuhr prayer and pick-up (Pick up in Gym for Grades 1st to Youth Program)
(Pick up in the SMALL GYM for Pre-K and KG students ONLY)

Curriculum Day – Parents’ Attendance Required
Dear Parents, Assalamu Alaikum
The ICN Al-Falah Academy is committed to maintaining effective communication between parents and teachers regarding your child’s education. One of these means is the Curriculum Day – a very important event for parents where you will be presented details on what your children will be learning this year.
Curriculum Day 2014 will be held THIS Saturday, November 1st based on the following schedule:
10:10 am – 10:40 am (Forum Room) – Pre-K to 3rd Grade
10:50 am – 11:20 am (Forum Room) – 4th Grade to 7th Grade
11:30 am – 12:00 pm (Forum Room) – Youth Program
Please Note: Regular classes will be held for the students during the Curriculum Day Program.
With Halloween around the corner, there are always questions in Muslim parents’ minds on what we should do.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for those under your care. A man is a shepherd, and he is responsible for those under his care. Principal’s Welcome Message
Dear Parents and Students,
Assalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatahu
Sub’hanAllah, summer break has flown by and it is once again time for the ICN Al-Falah Academy school year to begin! This year, we are determined to impart education in a way that our students complete the school year transformed…into better Muslims as well as better human beings. With qualified teachers, Huffadh, ICN Al-Falah Academy graduates, and the involvement of local Shuyukh, the ICN Al-Falah Academy team is confident that come next June, we will have a batch of well-informed, independent, and steadfast students, InSha’Allah.
To achieve this mission, we first and foremost ask Allah (SWT) to keep our intentions sincere and bless our work. Secondly, it is important to recognize that education and transformation begin at home and therefore, parent cooperation is extremely critical. In addition to being a part of your child’s educational experience, you are encouraged to communicate with the teachers and in order to facilitate this, we will be conducting Parent-Teacher Feedback Conference Calls on a quarterly basis. Finally, we will continue to prioritize the continuous improvement of the classroom experience, adding new programs such as Quran Quest and continuing our successful activities such as Salah Connection and Pearls of Action.
We thank you sincerely and as always, we genuinely welcome feedback. Please keep ICN Al-Falah Academy in your du’as and we look forward to working with you and your child this year.
